
Intro is designed to be the on ramp to Open Door House of Prayer. This two part training program is for people of all ages and backgrounds, including families.
The aim of Intro is to furnish people with the history, values, vision and mission of ODHOP. Intro presents the concept of living as a Forerunner who prepares for the second coming of the Lord with the core lifestyle of prayer and fasting. During Intro the participant will receive an overview of the main teaching focuses of a House of Prayer, which are; The Sermon On The Mount Lifestyle, Being Filled With the fullness of God, Intimacy With Jesus, Eschatology (the study of the end times), The Salvation of Israel and Justice. The principles and model of Harp & Bowl Intercessory Worship which helps sustain night and day prayer is also presented during Intro training. Opportunity is offered to all participants to take part in the workshop at the end of day two.
This program is also used as a means of training new staff who desire to serve in any capacity at ODHOP.
